A bit about us
In 2013, while we were engaged in an ambitious publishing project, we found ourselves in need of a company that would supply the personnel we required. We had many difficulties recruiting and training them, which plunged us into a tough spot, similar to what many companies are sure to experience. The reality is that, in the Costa Rican market, there is a need of services that can fulfill the recruitment process; this is how RadicalTalent was born.
